Welcome the latest additions to The Ivy Group team, Mark Goodson and Wendy Taylor. Mark is taking on the role of Director, Business Development, while Wendy joins us as Advertising Project Manager.
Ivy Group expands, adding a Director of Business Development position.
Director of Business Development is a new position for The Ivy Group, one for which Mark is perfectly suited. With experience working for large, international marketing agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Mark brings valuable insight into brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, and new product launches.
Mark's M.O. is simple--growth. Mark works alongside Ivy Group clients to grow their businesses and make strategic plans for future operations. As head of business development, Mark also maintains relationships with existing clients while developing connections with new ones.
With Mark on board, The Ivy Group's strategic planning and business development team is more than ready to tackle any challenge.
If you don't already know Wendy, you must be new to town.
In her twenty-plus years of experience in radio advertising and promotions, Wendy has worked for every radio group in Charlottesville. A true "local girl," Wendy knows the Central Virginia advertising market--and everyone in it--like the back of her hand.
Wendy is an experienced media buyer and advertising manager who uses her passion for promotions to plan and execute effective campaigns. With Wendy on their side, Ivy Group clients can reach their marketing goals within budget and in any market.
All work and no play? Not at The Ivy Group!
A die-hard Hoos fan, Wendy loves everything UVA, especially football and basketball. When she isn't trash talking Virginia Tech fans (watch out, Mark!) she spends her free time transforming junk shop finds into treasures in her refinishing workshop.
Mark spends his non-working hours as a literacy advocate, serving on the Board of Directors of the Literacy Volunteers of Albemarle/Charlottesville and as a literacy tutor. The true loves of his life are his grandkids and Hokie sports.
