Laura Beth (LB) Fox-Ezell brings more than a decade of experience in public librarianship to the Ivy team. She has worked across all levels of the field, from student worker and bookmobile librarian to youth services manager and executive leadership, developing a deep understanding of how libraries operate and serve their communities. Her work has included leading systemwide programming, outreach, and organizational initiatives, managing large teams and multimillion dollar budgets, and guiding strategic planning and restructuring efforts that strengthened service delivery and expanded capacity.
A Kentucky native, LB grew up finding inspiration and belonging in libraries and now channels that lifelong connection into her work, supporting library clients in listening deeply to their communities and translating those insights into innovative, thoughtful services and sustainable growth. She holds a Master of Science in Library Science from the University of Kentucky and a degree in History & Social Studies from Western Kentucky University.
