Bright Ideas has, well, a lot of bright ideas for their customers, but needed some fresh ideas on how to better convey their brand personality. Beyond offering an exceptional order experience, Bright Ideas partners with clients and builds relationships that enhance the customer experience. Their team members listen to clients and generate ideas based off of those insights—they are so much more than a "get it done and out the door" vendor! To capture Bright Ideas' customer-first, custom approach to doing business, Ivy Group solidified messaging into a campaign concept that evolved into a design system.

What hatched? A memorable campaign bursting with playfulness and a "mascot". Paired with cheerful colors and whimsical copy, the Chick is sure to cluck his way into everyone's hearts...and contribute to brand awareness.

With the campaign theme in place, Ivy Group designed additional themed collateral items, such as: a new customer kit, fun stickers to place on mailing boxes, a PopSocket phone grip for giveaways, and cards to accompany orders.
