Ongoing professional development ensures that a motivated and skilled staff gives its best to library customers. Our consulting team includes library professionals who are experienced trainers and facilitators. We will assist your library in planning successful staff development days and other continuing education activities.

Build a Better Board

When trustees understand their roles and responsibilities, especially with respect to advocacy, fundraising, facilities, and planning, they can work effectively to fulfill the library's mission and raise its profile in the community. Working with librarians, we can assess board effectiveness and provide consulting and resources to upgrade skill sets in leadership and advocacy, board recruitments, resource development, facilities expansion and enhancement, and long-range planning.
